Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Farmingdale, NJ to support our Data Division within MCA.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00am–4:00pm EST, with duties including boxing, receiving, palletizing, and inventory management in a team-driven environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in shipping/receiving, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Shipping and Receiving
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel)
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Boxing/palletizing items for shipment.
• Receive shipments, break down pallets and organize warehouse items.
• Unpack, inspect, route incoming shipments, and coordinate with shippers on issues.
• Operate lift trucks/hand trucks to move materials
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Track goods using computer systems and records
• Assist with fulfillment orders and deliveries to suppliers as needed
• Keep work area clean and safe, maintain equipment
