Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Farmingdale, NJ to support our Data Division. This temporary, part-time role runs Monday-Friday 11:00am-4:00pm EST and involves boxing, receiving shipments, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using forklifts as needed.

You will maintain inventory, track goods in computer systems, coordinate with shippers, and assist in fulfilling customer orders while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Shipping and Receiving.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Boxing/palletizing items for shipment.
• Receiving shipments, breaking down pallets, organizing items in the warehouse.
• Unpacking, examining, and routing incoming shipments; recording shortages and contacting shippers as needed.
• Operating lift trucks, forklifts, or hand trucks to move materials.
• Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
