Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking a part-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Farmingdale, NJ to support our Data Division. The role involves boxing, receiving shipments, and inventory control, with hours Monday–Friday 11:00am–4:00pm EST.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in shipping/receiving, proficiency with MS Office, and a HS diploma or equivalent. The environment emphasizes safety and teamwork, with benefits including health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Shipping and Receiving experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Boxing/palletizing items for shipment.
• Receive shipments; break down pallets; organize warehouse.
• Inspect, unpack, route incoming shipments; report damages to shippers.
• Operate lift trucks, forklifts, or hand trucks to move materials.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies; track goods in computer systems.
• Support shipping of produced goods and incoming materials for storage or sale.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
