Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is looking for a Package Handler to join their dynamic operation in Bethel, PA. This role offers competitive pay, starting at $20.00/hour and $21.00/hour on weekends, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will support the unloading, sorting, and loading of packages, while adhering to safety protocols and working as part of a team. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to lift packages averaging 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull/move packages averaging 50 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency to understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and move packages through the dock/sort area.
• Sort packages by destination and staging location.
• Load delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently.

Pay Rate

up to $21/hour

Available Shifts

• Monday – Thursday: $20.00/hour
• Friday – Sunday: $21.00/hour
• Hours may vary based on business needs.

About the Role

As a Package Handler, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting the offloading, sorting, and loading of packages for distribution. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by working safely, moving with urgency, and maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work safely—safety is our first core value

• Sort packages by destination/zip code and staging location
• Load delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and assist with end-of-shift cleanup

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse conditions (seasonal temperature changes)
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull/move packages averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety and operational instructions
