Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator for 1st Shift on a seasonal basis. You will ensure order integrity by auditing data, researching issues, and coordinating between teams. You’ll manage direct-to-customer orders via email and phone and use internal systems to support workflows.

The role requires data accuracy, the ability to learn new software, and the capacity to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, with lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software programs and operate multiple systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on computer systems.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.

• Resolve vendor appointments and shipment-related issues.
• Stand and sit for long periods as required.
