Job summary

Sway, a fast-growing LA-based technology and logistics startup, seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate for our Austin, TX site. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, handling receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory, with potential to grow into a team lead as we expand.

This part-time role offers an onsite schedule in Austin, pays $18.00 per hour, and requires basic warehouse experience, attention to detail, teamwork, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items.
• Process, sort, and accurately label packages.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures.
