Sway is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for the Evening Shift in Austin, TX. You will help sort, scan, label, and move packages to support daily fulfillment and outbound flow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This role offers opportunities for growth into lead or full-time roles as the team expands. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and communicate effectively with drivers to ensure accurate pickups, deliveries, and organized inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date

Schedule: Evening shifts (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM), Weekends are required.
Location: Onsite – Austin, TX (North Austin)
