Job summary

Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in Houston to support daily fulfillment and outbound flow. You will sort, scan, label, and move packages, maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.

This hands-on, fast-paced role offers growth into lead or full-time positions as the team expands, with PTO eligibility for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
