Job summary

Sway is seeking a capable Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in South San Francisco, CA. You will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, with potential to grow into a team lead as the company expands.

You’ll manage warehouse inventory, process shipments, verify labels, and ensure safety compliance while collaborating with HQ and drivers. This role is part-time with a $22.00/hr pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must have proven warehouse experience.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse inventory management
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check and verify shipping labels
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments
