Job summary

Bernick's is seeking a load crew member in Saint Cloud, MN to support distribution operations. You will assemble pallets, wrap them to spec, and use a handheld scanner to verify items, contributing to efficient fulfillment.

As a part-time role, you will operate a ride-on pallet jack when needed, meet picking goals, and maintain safety standards throughout shifts. Minimum 24 hours/week with a 1:00pm–4:00pm start, 18+ age requirement, and lifting 50–100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse.
• Travel may be required to support Bernick's locations or events; MVR may be checked.

Responsibilities

• Accurately build and wrap pallets according to order specifications.
• Use a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory items.
• Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and move beverage products safely.
