Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Saint Cloud, MN. You will manage dock operations, maintain safety, and oversee the loading crew to ensure accurate product handling and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50-165 pounds regularly.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse load crew for timely, accurate loading and unloading.
• Maintain dock management and workflow throughout loading.
• Communicate with warehouse, delivery, and sales to fulfill orders.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized environment.
• Track productivity, attendance, and performance metrics for the crew.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Support inventory management and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure products are handled safely to maintain quality.
