Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a Load Crew Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities including dock management, picking accuracy, and day-to-day team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role drives performance, safety, and efficiency across loading/unloading, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination at multiple MN locations. Evening hours are common, with travel to support locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and loading procedures.
• Basic computer skills with experience using warehouse management or routing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with the Load Crew TM's on goals and performance.
• Supervise and lead the warehouse load crew to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of product.
• Maintain dock management and effective workflow throughout the loading process.
• Maintain clear communication between warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures, promoting a clean and organized work environment.
• Track productivity, attendance, and performance metrics for the load crew.
• Operate warehouse equipment to support team operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure all products are handled safely and accurately to maintain quality standards.
