Job summary

Fastenal, a leader in industrial distribution, seeks a Part-time Warehouse Associate for our Ocala, FL branch at 751 SW 37th Ave. You will handle inventory, receipts, picks, packing, shipping, and cycle counts, with potential local deliveries using a company vehicle.

Schedule currently Mon-Fri 7:30am–5:00pm, up to 28 hours per week, with onboarding and performance goals. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, strong communication and computer skills, able to lift 25–50 lbs (up

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a current full valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that weigh 25lbs-50lbs (up to 75lbs).
• Strong organization and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and cycle count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
