Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our Tampa branch. You will handle inventory, receipt, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting to ensure efficient operations.

You may perform local deliveries with a company vehicle and help maintain a safe, organized workspace, contributing to branch success and customer service excellence. Starting with onboarding and training, the role offers a flexible schedule after performance goals are met, with a typical 10:00am–5:00pm

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
