UPS is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers in a busy warehouse environment. You will train teams, enforce safety policies, manage resources for maximum output, and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain high standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, and ongoing coaching.
