Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Employee

Reports to: Director of Purchasing/Warehouse

Dept./School: Warehouse

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am-12 pm & 12 pm-5 pm

Primary Purpose

• Handle supply deliveries, work orders for moving heavy furniture, and other duties as assigned. (Must be able to lift at least 150 lbs)
• Shipping and receiving of items delivered to the warehouse.
• Support district inventory management.
• Schedule receiving & delivery of inventory with vendors and staff.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the director of purchasing/warehouse.
• Ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of district supplies and equipment.
• Oversee receipt of all shipments, verify accuracy, and process according to procedures.
• Oversee warehousing and storage of supplies, equipment, surplus classroom furniture, and consumables.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED.

Skills:

• Proficiency in inventory software and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain reports, records, including inventory records.
