Job Overview:

Warehouse Worker Lead - Houston, TX

About the Role

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily workflow of a team.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 10 PM – finish (around 6 AM)
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

This position may utilize equipment such as electronic pallet jacks, walkie rider forklifts, voice audio headsets, and shrink wrap. Tasks may include hand stacking, order picking, and palletizing.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $24.04 per hour, increasing to $25.36 after six months.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to overhead
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders
• Ability to work in hot or cool multi-temperature environments
