Job summary

Tatine, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse & E-Commerce Assistant in Chicago to support daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role is 20–30 hours per week with weekday shifts from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in person.

Starting pay is $20/hour, with a six-week training period and potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping DTC orders via Shopify, assisting with wholesale orders, receiving deliveries, and maintaining

• Good written communication and basic computer literacy expected.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship daily DTC orders on Shopify with accuracy.
• Pack orders thoughtfully for presentation (gift notes/wrap).
• Assist Wholesale Orders Manager with heavier shipments and accurate packing.
• Receive deliveries, unload freight, verify packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily/weekly updates.
• Perform product prep like assembly, basic QC, labeling, and packaging.
• Support warehouse upkeep and production tasks (kits, labeling, cleaning).
• Communicate order changes and discrepancies to Customer Experience via Slack.
• Be punctual, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; trainable with pallet jack.
