Job summary

e3 Diagnostics is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support our Arlington Heights operations. The role involves receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory control, as well as helping internal teams with order processing and customer inquiries.

Work schedule is 24 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 9 AM–3 PM, with pay at $20 per hour. Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of warehouse experience, plus strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move goods efficiently between departments and maintain a customer-centric environment.
• Receive incoming product and verify against packing lists and manifests.
• Count, enter and inventory items received; process orders via multiple channels (picking, packing, shipping).
• Maintain knowledge of shipping requirements (US and international) for accurate deliveries and returns.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep the workspace clean and organized.
