Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a part‑time Warehouse Coordinator in Pelham, AL. The role focuses on shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy, with potential for full-time expansion. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include inbound inspection, staging, loading/unloading, and inventory management, with forklift duties and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfort lifting up to 70lbs.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn.
• Customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pull, stage, and prep products for customer pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Manage and track inventory using warehouse systems.
• Support customers and sales teams with product needs.
• Keep the warehouse and showroom areas clean and organized.
• Operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
• Follow all safety procedures and support the Sales Manager as needed.
