Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Evansville is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory) to join a fast-paced team. The role emphasizes staying active, keeping things organized, and ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations for trade professionals.

Full-time, 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Requires forklift experience and computer skills. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, staging products, inventory tracking, and assisting customers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
• At least 1 year of Forklift experience
• Comfort lifting up to 70lbs
• Familiarity with inventory systems
• Customer service experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pull, stage, and prep products for customer pickup or delivery
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Manage and track inventory using warehouse systems
• Support customers and sales teams with product needs
• Keep the warehouse and showroom areas clean and organized
• Operate a forklift
• Follow all safety procedures and support the Sales Manager as needed

Education

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year warehouse/shipping/receiving experience

1 year forklift experience

Comfort lifting up to 70lbs

Familiarity with inventory systems

Customer service experience is a bonus
