Job summary

Value Added Distributors, LLC in Fort Payne, AL is hiring a full‑time Shipping and Receiving Associate to support production and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. You will receive, stock, and ship parts, operate a forklift, and maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Experience operating a forklift and handling parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and break down skids; pull orders and coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Maintain inventory flow and ensure accurate shipment entries.
• Deliver parts and operate a forklift to support production efficiency and teamwork.
