Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Gordon Food Service Store team in Thornton, Colorado. In this role, you will select products for orders, operate forklifts, and maintain a clean work environment.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding setting, read in English, and follow safety regulations. A high school diploma is preferred, and training will be provided for necessary equipment operation.

Pay: $20.38 – $29.00 per hour (based on experience).

Role: Gordon Restaurant Market Part‑Time Warehouse Associate

You will accurately and efficiently select GFS products for customer orders, follow designated pick lists, label items, and place on pallets for shipping. Operate a gas or electric forklift and load pallets onto trailers per load diagram or customer specifications.

What You Will Do

• Read case labels to select customer orders efficiently.
• Retrieve product from designated selection slots using a powered industrial vehicle.
• Use RF scanner to identify products.
• Affix labels to cases.
• Place product on pallets using a pallet jack.
• Maintain proper batch sequence.
• Deliver product to the assigned shipping lane promptly.
• Position forks, lifting platforms, or other devices for loading pallets or trucks.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers as needed.
• Inspect trailer interiors for cleanliness.
• Load pallets onto trucks or trailers according to computer‑generated load sheet and stack when necessary.
• Secure pallets with load bars or straps.
• Maintain refrigeration units at proper temperatures.
• Complete daily housekeeping activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment requiring constant walking, stair use, pallet jack operation, and lifting.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must work independently or as part of a team.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification obtained upon hire and maintained.

Requirements

• Immediate perception of auditory warning signals from equipment and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
