The Bristal Assisted Living in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking part-time Waitstaff for Tuesday to Friday, 4pm-8pm, on-site. You will deliver chef-prepared dining experiences and ensure meals are served with care to our residents.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or food-service experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing multiple tasks while communicating clearly with residents and team members. This role emphasizes compassionate, reliable service in a luxury senior-living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong ability to multi-task.
• Possesses good communication, customer service and people skills.
• Is professional, patient and able to satisfy a demanding customer base.

Responsabilités

• Patiently and cheerfully taking resident meal orders.
• Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Reading the menu before service to assist residents with selections.
• Assisting in plating and portion control of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts.
• Bussing tables at the end of the meal.
