Job summary

The Bristal At Woodcliff Lake is seeking a friendly part-time Waitstaff member for Monday 7am-3pm and Tuesday 11am-8pm at our Woodcliff Lake location. You will deliver chef-prepared dining experiences, serve meals, and ensure high standards of hospitality for our senior residents.

Ideal candidates have waitstaff experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in food-service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Professional, patient, and customer-service oriented.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take resident meal orders patiently and cheerfully.
• Check station tables for settings and cleanliness.
• Read the menu before service to assist residents with selections.
• Assist in plating and portion controls of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages and desserts.
• Bus tables at the end of the meal.
