Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Vice President Content Director to shape copy for a major financial services client across consumer banking, investing, SMB, and institutional solutions. This is a writing-led role, not production, with emphasis on asking smart questions and shaping the story behind the experience.

You will collaborate with content strategists, designers, and client partners to deliver clear, accessible content that meets regulatory and brand standards while guiding audience

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear language.
• Experience writing for websites, digital products, or customer experiences.
• Experience collaborating with UX, design, product, or digital teams.
• Experience simplifying technical or regulated subjects.
• Financial services or fintech experience preferred.
• Journalism or editorial background a plus.
• Awareness of current digital experience trends.
• Ability to work in evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit original content for websites, landing pages, digital products, tools, resource centers, and customer experiences
• Translate complex financial topics into clear, customer-friendly language
• Create content for audiences ranging from individuals to large organizations
• Collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, experience strategists, technologists, and client partners
• Adapt content for different audiences, channels, and stages of the customer journey
• Independently fill information gaps through research, synthesis, SMEs, etc.
• Present and defend content recommendations with clients and internal teams
• Balance customer needs, business goals, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and regulatory considerations
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining content quality and strategic intent
• Sweat the details while never losing sight of the bigger picture
