Randa Apparel & Accessories seeks a Part-Time Merchandising Coordinator in Bloomington, IL to execute brand merchandising strategy for Randa and Haggar on the retail floor. The role focuses on maximizing brand presentation and visibility while collaborating with store staff to enhance product sell-through.

Responsibilities include implementing seasonal guidelines, placing replenishment merchandise and POS promptly, visiting stores, and reporting weekly field updates.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include high school diploma.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years or more relevant experience in retail merchandising or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS in a timely manner to maximize product sell-thru and brand presentations.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and react to the ever-changing retail environment.
• Partner with all levels of store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Maintain communication with internal partners by providing weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.
