Job summary

EVEREVE in Reston, VA, is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive store sales through a well-merchandised, brand-appropriate environment and exceptional customer experience.

You will implement weekly merchandising directives, execute visual strategies, and collaborate with leadership and the Inventory Specialist to manage floor sets, markdowns, and inventory while upholding HEART values.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to arrive at the best solution for brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales, create brand consistency and improve customer experience.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day/week; view it as a team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor and address the sale section as needed.
