Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications may be considered.
• 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field or established creative/design practice.
• Commitment to teaching adult learners (18+, including seniors).
• Master's degree preferred; experience in instruction, course development, and curriculum design.
• Teaching experience in college, museum, nonprofit, or corporate training settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with CCPS objectives.
• Prepare instructional materials, assignments, and assessments to support learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment for adult learners.
• Utilize instructional technologies including Brightspace LMS, Google Workspace, WebEx Training, Word, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deliver instruction across in-person, remote, and hybrid formats.
• Represent CCPS and FIT professionally.
