5 years of professional experience in a relevant field or design practice.
Commitment to teaching adult learners (18+).
Experience in instruction, course development, and curriculum design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with CCPS course objectives.
Prepare instructional materials, assignments, and assessments supporting learning outcomes.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Foster an inclusive learning environment for adult learners.
Utilize instructional technologies including Brightspace LMS, Google Workspace, WebEx Training, Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
Deliver instruction across in-person, remote, and hybrid formats.
Serve as a professional representative and ambassador of CCPS and FIT.
