Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications considered.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field or established design practice.
• Commitment to teaching adult learners (18+, including seniors).
• Master's degree preferred; experience in instruction, course development, and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with CCPS objectives.
• Prepare materials, assignments, and assessments supporting learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment for adult learners.
• Deliver instruction across in-person, remote, and hybrid formats.
• Represent CCPS and FIT as a professional ambassador.
