Qualifications

• Commitment to teaching adult learners (18+).
• Master's degree preferred; curriculum design experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with CCPS course objectives.
• Prepare instructional materials, assignments, and assessments to support learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, safe learning environment for adult learners.
• Utilize Brightspace LMS, Google Workspace, WebEx, Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
• Deliver instruction in-person, remote, and hybrid formats.
• Represent FIT and CCPS professionally to students and partners.
