Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related screening activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, contractors, visitors, packages, and belongings in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorization for entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
