Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process transactions at the welcome desk for admissions, donations, and merchandise.
• Sell tickets, scan print-at-home tickets, and assist with tours.
• Answer visitor questions and assist with wayfinding.
• Provide audio tours and printed materials as needed.
• Greet bus groups and guide small groups on tours.
• Support front-of-house operations during events and programs.
