Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, process visitor/contractor entry, and maintain access-control records.
• Help control vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, docks, and entry areas per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access and report conditions.
