Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
2+ years of nursing practice as a registered nurse in the last five years is required.
Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of practice.
Excellent communication skills with high initiative and prudent judgment are expected.

Responsibilities

Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
Plan clinical experiences and provide direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance based on course objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency/clinical policies and procedures.
Develop and assign written clinical tasks aligned with student knowledge and needs.
Support program development, assessment and campus retention efforts.
Serve as a professional role model for faculty, staff and students.
