Qualifications

• Professional Nurse licensure is required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
• Plans clinical experiences for and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Maintains availability to staff at the agencies and delivers feedback on performance.
• Orients and stays current with agency/clinical policies and expectations.
• Develops written clinical assignments aligned with students' knowledge and skills.
• Teaches didactic content under supervision and informs the course coordinator of issues.
