Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required and professional licensure in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Excellent communication skills and high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Implements College philosophy, curriculum, outcomes and course objectives through clinical teaching.
• Plans clinical experiences, supervises and evaluates nursing students delivering care.
• Provides remediation and feedback to students; stays updated on policies and expectations.
• May teach didactic content under supervision; collaborates with staff to improve operations.
