Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years of nursing practice experience (RN) within last five years.
• Excellent communication skills and prudent judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implements course objectives and college philosophy through clinical teaching and supervision.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Evaluates student performance and provides documented feedback.
• Maintains current knowledge of agency policies and clinical expectations.
• Develops and posts written clinical assignments aligned with student learning needs.
• May teach didactic content under supervision of course coordinator.
• Supports college operations and student satisfaction through collaboration with staff and faculty.
