Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey with optical expertise.

The role requires strong product knowledge and a focus on delivering outstanding service while maintaining license requirements as needed. Candidate should have 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, a HS diploma, and be prepared to lead store routines in LEAD positions.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maintain Optician License as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through excellent customer and patient experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and ensure Right the First Time with training.
• Support opening/closing and day-to-day operations in LEAD roles.
