Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience and ensuring eyewear needs are met with care and clarity.

This part-time role requires optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma, and an active optician license per state guidelines. You will drive sales goals while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other)
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the customer/patient journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Execute store operations to support financial and customer experience goals (opening/closing in LEAD roles)
