Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Everett, WA is the face of our store, dedicated to guiding patients through their eyewear journey with a friendly, human approach. This part-time role requires optical experience (or ABO certification) and a HS diploma.

You will drive sales, engage customers, and maintain product knowledge while supporting daily store operations. We offer a generous benefits package for part-timers, including vision coverage, time off and a 401(k) plan,

Qualifications

12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
