Job summary

Visionworks in Everett, Washington is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the eyewear journey and delivering a friendly, human experience.

This part-time role requires optical experience (or ABO certification), a high school diploma, and a passion for helping customers look and see great. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to grow with the Visionworks team.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
