Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for a part-time role in Las Vegas. You will be the face of our brand, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a human and bold approach.

Ideal candidates have 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and must maintain state license requirements. We offer competitive benefits and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only
