Job summary

College of Southern Nevada (CSN) invites applications for a Part-time Instructor – Videography (Jumpstart) to teach Videography/Film courses under the CSN Jumpstart Concurrent Enrollment Program in high schools. Instructors develop syllabi and course materials and guide students through hands-on projects.

Responsibilities include teaching courses, developing syllabi, assessing student mastery, and preparing materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in Videography/Film.
• Pre‑approval by the Media Technologies Department – Videography and Early College Programs Office before applying.
• Proficiency in teaching or using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Teach Videography/Film courses and develop course syllabi and materials.
• Assess and evaluate student mastery of course skills and competencies.
