Job summary

College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking an instructional professional to teach pre-approved Jumpstart Classes at partner high schools, coordinating with CSN Dual Credit Office. Qualifications

5 years of work-related experience.
CCSD Business and Industry License or Secondary Education Teaching License.

Responsibilities

Teach pre-approved CSN Jumpstart Classes at your high school in coordination with the CSN Dual Credit Office.
Lecture and lab instruction.
Instruct students in accordance with the curriculum standards and objectives.
Independently grade and prepare progress reports in accordance with school policy.
Evaluate the performance of students regarding achievements in curriculum and activities and make necessary provisions to meet learning needs.
Demonstrate and assist students with lab procedures and ensure adherence with safety precautions.
