Doral Centre Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first contact for clients and patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting doctors, technicians, and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in veterinary client service.
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or animal healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology.
• Experience with veterinary software such as Cornerstone, AVImark, ezyVet, or similar platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
• Checking patients in and out with accurate documentation.
• Maintaining electronic medical records with attention to detail.
• Processing invoices, payments, and client transactions.
• Communicating hospital services, expectations, and discharge instructions.
• Assisting with prescription requests and medication pick-up under veterinarian direction.
