Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Compassion for both clients and pets.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy times.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and guide them through the hospital.
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to clients and prospective clients.
• Process check-ins, payments, and fee explanations.
• Assist clients with medications, prescriptions, products, and services.
• Answer general pet-care questions.
• Maintain and manage medical records and documents.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to keep operations smooth.
