Simple Steps, LLC is seeking a Life Skills Coach in the Eagle Pass, TX area for a part-time role up to 12 hours per week, with potential to increase hours for veteran needs. The role focuses on delivering home and community services to veterans, coordinating with Case Managers, and supporting life skills activities in home settings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience with disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, or military service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with physical and cognitive impairments/disabilities is preferred.
• Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, and Veteran/Military experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to current or prospective clients' homes.
• Transport clients during visits as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and accurate invoicing data.
• Support client care plans and document progress weekly.
• Communicate with clients, families, and health care professionals.
