Troy & Wentzville Veterinary Clinics is seeking a friendly receptionist for a part-time role, 2–3 days per week, including some Saturdays. You will greet clients, answer questions, schedule appointments and handle payments while providing compassionate support.

• Experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.

• Highly organized and possess computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area and greet clients and patients.
• Answer questions, triage concerns, handle calls or emails, and schedule appointments.
• Process payments and provide compassionate emotional support to clients.
• Be comfortable with potential odors, noises, bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.
